Innloggingsproblemer?
Her får du hjelp!

1) Har du problemer med innlogging - så skal du ikke bestille flere koder. Feilen skyldes innstillinger på pc, bruk av flere enn en pc, evt at du går via påloggingssiden - selv om du er logget på - ref punkt 2. Du vil da få beskjed om at koden ikke er gyldig eller at den er brukt.

2) Har du vært innlogget tidligere - og har fortsatt gyldig kode
(en kode er gyldig i 3 timer),
så skal du ikke gå via påloggingssiden, men direkte fra menyvalget "600 spørsmål for Jegerprøven""
- evt. klikk her.
Dette gjelder kun om du logger deg på fra samme pc. Se punkt 3.

3) Ref informasjon på påloggingssiden. Koden gjelder for bruk av 1 pc i 3 timer. Trenger du å logge deg på fra flere pc'er i samme tidsrom, må du av sikkerhetshensyn bestille ny kode.

4) Sjekk at du har testet innstillinger via
Jegerprøve1 (klikk her) som er gratis.

5) Har du fortsatt problemer - kontakt oss på post@jegerpakka.no og oppgi mobilnummer samt tidspunkt for forsøk på innlogging.

6) Koden gjelder i 3 timer fra den er aktivert via påloggingssiden. Tidspunktet for bestilling via SMS er ikke relevant.

NB! Testene krever at du har huket av for aksept for "informasjonskapsler/cookies" i nettleseren din.

Logg deg på internet
Velg : Tools /Verktøy
Klikk for Advanced /Avansert
Velg: Internet option /Alternativer
Klikk Privacy (Tab) /Privat
Huk av for Accept /Aksepter

How do I enable cookies in my browser?

Windows IE 6.x Browser
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select the Privacy tab.
Select Advanced
Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
Click OK to exit
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select Delete Cookies
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select Delete Files
Close down all open Internet Explorer Browsers
Load it back up again and logon again!

Windows IE 5.x Browser
Go to Tools on the menu bar
Pick Internet Options
Click the Security tab
Select the Custom Level tab
Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings

AOL 8.0
From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
Select Preferences
Select Internet Properties (WWW)
Select the Privacy tab
Select Advanced
Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
Click OK to exit.

AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x
From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
Select Preferences
Select Internet Properties (WWW)
Select the Privacy tab
Select Advanced
Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
Click OK to exit.

AOL 7.0 with IE 5.5
From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
Select Preferences

Click the checkbox next to "Enable Java"

Mac IE 5.x
Click Edit
Select Preferences
Under the Receiving Files option, select Cookies
Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
Click OK to finish

Safari Browser
Click Safari icon in Menu Bar
Click Preferences
Click Security icon
Accept cookies: select Radio button "only from sites you navigate to"
Close

Firefox Browser on Mac
Click the Firefox icon in menu bar
Click Preferences
Click on Privacy icon
Cookies check accept
Keep until: "ask me every time" drop down menu
Close
